The ECOC Growth System™ is a structured 12-month implementation program designed specifically for optometry practices that want to move beyond ideas and into consistent, measurable execution. Built on the proven principles of Traction and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), this program helps leadership teams create clarity, alignment, and accountability across every level of the practice.

In optometry, growth is often limited not by clinical skill, but by inconsistent systems, unclear priorities, and competing daily demands. The ECOC Growth System™ is designed to solve that challenge by turning strategy into rhythm. Instead of one-time training or disconnected initiatives, this system creates a steady, supported cycle of implementation that keeps your team focused on what matters most.

The program is delivered through three integrated components. First, live workshops bring your team together to learn, align, and build shared language around core EOS tools and optometry-specific applications. These sessions are designed to be practical and interactive, ensuring that concepts are not just understood, but immediately usable in your practice.

Second, monthly in-clinic checkups—offered both live and virtually—provide ongoing accountability and real-time coaching. These touchpoints are where strategy meets reality. They allow your team to troubleshoot challenges, reinforce progress, and make adjustments so that implementation stays on track throughout the year.

Third, the accompanying Learning Management System, or LMS, supports continuous learning between sessions. Within the LMS, your team will access short modules, reinforcement activities, and practical tools that keep EOS principles top of mind. This ensures that learning doesn’t stop when the workshop ends—it becomes part of your daily workflow.
